What counts as a consultation?▾
A video call that connected for 30 seconds or more with media flowing. Cancellations and no-shows don't count.
Can I offer free consultations to my clients?▾
Absolutely. You set whatever price you want for your clients (including free). Workspace billing is on consumption, not on what you charge — we never double-charge.
What's included in the free trial?▾
30 days + 30 included consultations on us. After that you'll see normal pricing apply, no surprise bill.
What if I exceed my included consultations?▾
Overage is per-consultation at the rate listed in your tier. We'll never cut your call mid-session — we'll send a warning at 80% and follow up with the overage on your next bill.
Where is my data stored?▾
Currently in our managed Postgres in Singapore. On enterprise plans we can host in your jurisdiction. We never share data across tenants.
Do you take a cut of payments my clients pay me?▾
No. Clients pay you directly via bKash / Nagad — those funds never touch our servers. We only bill you for the workspace.
